Hagai Barak established OrganiTal with a vision to make high-quality natural solutions accessible to every household. “From the beginning,” he explains, “I recognized the disconnect between the potential of medicinal plants and how they were being utilized. Dr. Dorit Arad serves as OrganiTal’s scientific powerhouse. As an internationally renowned scientist specializing in biotechnology, she brings over 30 years of research and development experience. Doron Shaprir served as the International Markets Development Manager. At Quadlogic Controls Corporation, which he co-founded in 1982, he was responsible for business development and international sales, overseeing systems planning and technical support. Previously at Electro-Fun, he invented and developed products, and until 1984, he represented National Semiconductor Corporation, where he earned Global Salesperson of the Year. Earlier in his career, he worked in digital design and software development as chief engineer and manager at Codata Corporation.
